Create ER diagram from the requirements given below. INCLUDE PICTURE OF DIAGRAM
Rocket City Hospital keeps track of its doctors and outpatient locations. Rocket City Hospital has two locations-a main hospital and one outpatient location. For each doctor, Rocket city hospital keeps track of a DoctorID (unique), DoctorName, DoctorYearOfMDGraduation (year of graduating from medical school), DoctorLicense (unique, composed of LicenseNo and State), one or more specializations, DoctorYearsPracticing (how many years the doctor has been practicing medicine), DoctorYearOfPhDGraduation (year of acquiring a PhD degree; not every doctor has a PhD degree). Each doctor works at either one outpatient location or none (strictly working in the main hospital), and each outpatient location has between none (rehab and minor health issues) and many doctors working at it. For each outpatient location, it keeps track of the OLID (unique) and OLName. For each examination room it keeps track of the ERoomNumber (unique within its outpatient center, but examination rooms in different outpatient locations can have the same ERoomNumber), and ERoomSize. Each outpatient location must have at least one but can have many examination rooms. Each examination room is in one outpatient location. For each patient in an outpatient location, we keep track of a unique patient identifier, patient birthdate, gender, patient name (composed of the patient's first and last names) and the patient age derived from patient birthdate. However, a patient can only be admitted to one outpatient clinic at a given time. At any outpatient clinic, a doctor can see one or many patients and a patient can only be seen by one doctor. An outpatient location can only have one and up to 100 patients admitted daily. We will keep track of a unique nurse ID and the nurse's name (First and last name) for each nurse. A nurse can be assigned to one or many doctors of the same specialty at an outpatient location. An outpatient location can have one or many nurses. However, a nurse can decide if he/she wants to work at the main hospital or at an outpatient location. If he/she decides to work at an outpatient location, she/he can only be assigned to one outpatient location where nursing staff is needed. For each drug, we will keep track of a unique drug ID, the drug name, the manufacturer name, the drug coating type, and a complementary generic if available. Each prescription is related to one patient. A patient can have many prescriptions but may not have any while admitted. For each prescription, we keep track of the prescription number, date when prescribed and the time when the prescription was administered. Each drug must be included in at least one patient's prescription, but it may be included in many. Each prescription must include at least one drug, but it may include many. For each instance of a drug included in a prescription we will keep track of the quantity
Each nurse can administer several prescriptions, but he/she does not have to administer any. Each prescription must be administered by one nurse
