Create half of the components of a CRUD class. A CRUD class is a class that is responsible for Creating, Reading, Updating and Deleting data from a database. For simplicity sake, we will be omitting the Update and Delete section of CRUD. See details below.

This class is to take 3 parameters in the constructor. The class will set private properties with the same name as the constructor parameters

1: str: database file to read/write

2: str: table to read/write

3: dict: table columns to read/write (key = column name, value = data type)
