Create integration based on the community service project I had to complete.

My community service consisted of a construction site cleanup and gardening for the elderly.

For the integration (explained on the project rubric above), remember the integration must be done for all core subjects (Math, Science, Social Studies, English, Reading) and at least two electives. Based on an Elementary level (K-6). Choose a grade level and think as if they are going to do service learning for the same non-profit. As you know children cannot always complete the work adults do, but they can accomplish tasks at different levels. Base your activities and integration on that thought. Remember you should create original activities to correlate with both your Alabama course of study selections and service. You are NOT creating a lesson plan, you are just giving ideas

Integration: Integrate an objective fromeach core subject area and two elective subjects. Additionally, include one strategy you would use to teach each of the subjects you list here. One different strategy for each subject. These are the same kinds of strategies you used for your other assignments this semester but do not use the same strategies that you used for those assignments.
