Module 2 Planning for Elicitation

Deliverable:

• An overview (3-4 paragraphs) of the current state of the product (smart watch) you will improve.
• Elicitation plan outlining the following:
  • What types of elicitation techniques will you use?
  • How will you utilize social media listening?
  • Where will you store the data (excel, Google Drive, etc.)?
  • How will you clean and prep data for analysis?
  • How will you analyze data?
  • How will you communicate findings?
  • What are some of the risks concerning data quality? How will you mitigate them?
• Project plan outlining the tasks of the elicitation plan (use MS Project for this). Keep in mind:
  • This is only a four-week initiative.
  • Your plan should only include things you can realistically do. This is not hypothetical; you will do this project.
  • The goal is to improve an existing product.
