Product (ProdID, ProdName, SupplierID, CatID, Unit, Price)

Shipper (ShipperID, ShipperName, Phone)

Supplier (SupplierID, SupplierName, ContactName, City, Phone)

1) List product name with its total order quantity, include the product even it has no orders.

2) List every product name that has a total sales amount greater than $1000.

3) List the name of product category and total sales amount in each category for orders created in February 2021.
