create the design for the system named Botanical Institute Application which is implemented for McGregor Institute of Botanical Training with the inclusion of the given requirements in the scenario. While designing this system, we implemented the concepts of DFD$,$ Structure Chart, Data Dictionary, Module Specification, Process Modules and ER$-$Diagram. These concepts can be implemented in the real world scenario. All the group members have cordially contributed for the development of this project.This project consists of environmental model specification, internal model specification, data dictionary and design specification of the system. The project consists of group and individual portion. The group work contains the general design explanations of the overall system which is further elaborated and designed on the individual work section. Furthermore, each member has created Environmental Model Specifications, Internal Model Specifications and Design Specifications for individual functions.We faced several problems while developing the report. To solve the problems, we held many discussion sessions and group meetings, seeking the best possible solutions. We tried figuring the root causes of the problem and analyzed it properly to figure out the ways to avoid such cases. We made many researches on the concepts related to Software Engineering. Many primary and secondary sources of data were used, including books, websites, journals and others which contributed a lot in guiding us throughout the project. Our module leader helped us as well in creating the reports and guiding us with the concepts of the project.This project would not have been successful without the tremendous efforts made by our group members. While completing the course work, we learned to design the entire system using the DFD$,$ data dictionary, structure chart, ER$-$Diagram, Module Specifications and process specifications which improved our concepts on Software Engineering Module. The project is implemented according to the requirement of the group course work and can be updated in order to implement it to the real world scenario.After the completion of this project, we got to be familiar with the software engineering skills like requirement analysis, project management, structured software engineering and problem solving.
