Create the GUI using the IntelliJ platform and programme it in Java as shown in the images below. The user should be able to adjust the money value as they choose, it shouldn't be a fixed amount. The user can then modify the month, day, and year. Finally, the code must be connected with the database ( use xampp to connect it ).
