Create three Achievement Statements (three stories). Each story should have three parts.

Each of the 3 Achievement Statements should answer 3 questions below about a different unique situation portraying an achievement or accomplishment.

For each "Achievement Statement" write a 1 page paper that is a short story on the details of a work, school or life achievement that you are proud of or that brought value to others. The situation can pertain to people skills, soft skills or technical skills. Write it in a way that the person reading it can image a realistic situation and setting. Make sure to include enough information so the reader can understand the situation. Focus on:

• How did you do? (Action)
• What was the result? (Result)
