Create two web pages.

The first page will display the current date along with some text of your choice. It will also contain a button. Upon clicking the button, the second page will open.

The second page will contain a form with two input text boxes to accept your first name and last name. It will also contain a submit button. Upon clicking the submit button, your full name will be displayed. There should be a reset button to clear the texts in case you come back to the form.
