You will notice that the sample sheet lists a sample of 11 hotels against each ID while you need to select only 10 hotels. The 11th hotel under Column L is the Stand by sample. You select the first 10 hotels (Columns B to K). In case there is a hotel repeated in your sample, then the repeated hotel is to be replaced by the Stand by sample. The data that you have just created is a Panel Data. Carry out the following

Analysis using this panel data: 1. Build the Pooled Model (Model 1 in the PPT)

2. Build the Fixed Effects Model (Models 2, 2-1, 2-2 in the PPT)

3. Build the Model to variation in both Individual Hotels as well as Time (Model 3 in PPT)

4. Build the Model to allow both intercepts and slopes to vary (Model 4 in PPT)

5. Test the regression assumptions for your final model (Multicollinearity, Autocorrelation, Heteroskedasticity, Distribution of errors etc.)

6. Discuss the results across the above models.
