Creating a work breakdown structure (WBS) is a required step in formulating a schedule.

Scope Definition in A guide to the project management body of knowledge (PMBOK Guide) and Page 2 of Module 1: Management functions). Select the method of creating a WBS you are most comfortable with and explain why.
