Changes I am proposing for this IT teams:

Separate the team into two groups:

• Planning and Operations Planning will be under the responsibility of Fred, Mary and Charles
• Operations will continue under the responsibility of Brett. Technicians will also report to Brett.
• Planning and Operations will be responsible for identifying and setting schedules for: Required software upgrades, New equipment needs IT team and/or departmental project requirements, Documentation of systems. Mainly participates of project meeting Reporting project initiatives to leadership.
• Operations will be responsible for performing duties based on schedules set by Planning team Perform server software upgrades Installation of new server hardware, Documentation of procedures, Technicians perform all desktop/laptop break fix along with inventory tracking
