CREDIT CARD REQUEST PROCESSING SYSTEM : Customers of the Sundevil Bank who wants to obtain a credit card must fill a credit card request from online and submit for evaluation by a bank representative for approval. As a rule, the bank will not accept any request from customers having no checking or savings account in the bank. David at the customer service receives all the request forms, processes the forms, and transfers them daily to Nancy working in the credit card center at a distant place if a credit card can be issued to the customer. Issuance of credit card depends on the requester having a bank account and good credit. If David determines that a credit card can't be issued to a requester, application will be archived, and a rejection email will be sent to the customer. Once Nancy at the credit card center receives processed applications from David, card center finalizes (determine credit limit, expiration date, card number ...etc) customer request and produces cards. When the card is made, it will be sent directly to the customer (through mail) and an email will be sent to the customer informing the arrival of new credit card. Submission Requirements: PDF document with Actors and use cases identified with 2-3 sentence description of each use case and actor. Then, the use case diagram. Your use cases diagram (copy and paste your use case diagram from Astah to word and make a PDF). Your use case diagram should include use case relationships: generalization, includes, extends. Also, the use case diagram must be drawn using Astah and ZERO points will be given for use case diagram drawn using other uml modeling tool, MS word, or hand drawn.
