1. Make a link analysis association chart for the criminal. The chart should depict the confirmed link between the criminal and other people, suspected links between the criminal and other people, links between the criminal and key people, confirmed links between the criminal and businesses, suspected links to businesses, and links to key businesses. The chart will also need to display confirmed links to cities, states, or other locations, as well as suspected links and key locations.

2. Make a time event chart depicting the key events occurring on the timeline leading up to the arrest. These events will depict criminal activity to support the arrest of the individual.

3. Draft a Memo for Captain Anthony Tortolli addressing the below elements:

1. Describe your role in the investigation (as an intelligence analyst).
2. Identify the law enforcement databases that you used to pull information on the offender's arrest history, known criminal associates, and other information. Explain whether or not data mining was necessary for the case.
3. Summarize your findings from the link analysis chart.
4. Summarize your findings from the time event chart.
5. Write a feedback form for Captain Tortolli. (This is an important part of the Intelligence process.)
