1. In chapter 25 of Roberts, the authors talk about various traits one needs to have to engage in crisis intervention work. For the first part reflect on what traits one has that would help one as a crisis intervention worker.
2. How do the traits play a role in how we interact with patients, colleagues, and the work more generally? Does one trait help facilitate interventions better? If so, how? If not, why?
3. Crisis intervention may be hard, intense work. How would one take care of themself in meaningful ways? How would one utilize help as a crisis worker if one needs to?
