Critically assess the case law on prenuptial agreements. The law on pre-nuptial agreements is developing rapidly. The UK Supreme COurt's decision in Radmacher v Granatino in some ways clarified the law and in others did not amount to much change at all. It is a controversial decision and the courts are still interpreting it. Please elicit your opinions about the way the law is developing in the light of the Radmacher case.
