Emotional intelligence test was conducted in our class that focus on emotional perspective of the human body. Emotional strength is very important in the modern world where we are surrounded by many problems. Goleman's (2004) finding concluded that emotional strength makes huge impact in the leader's performance. In fact, emotionally strong leaders are better in performing task at high pressure. Moreover, emotional test also provides the weaker point of the person which he/she can understand and overcome in the short time. Emotional Intelligence test helped me figure out my strength and weakness. I am good in connecting with the people around me faster than my other friends. Making connection faster will help me connect with people in the workplace and work effectively and efficiently in the project works. Besides that, listening is my another strength and I don't take any decision without listening to others views. By listening carefully, I can understand the other people clearly which will further help me to connect and make good relation with the people. Moreover, listening carefully also enlightens me in many cases and help me learn new things from other people which will add my knowledge pool. On the contrary, with the help of EI, I figures that I tend to loose temper and pressurize people in high tension situation. I realized this at the time of presentation where my team mates were not able do the work in time where is realized that I used a lot of pressure do make things faster. Later I realized that I was misusing the power of being leader of the group. This can be disadvantage in the workplace and will only create hate among the team mate. Besides that, I was not able to mix in the group where my thoughts were not similar. That also happened during the presentation where I realized I was constantly disagreeing with one of our team mate whose thought were not similar to me. In real life, that does not happen and not everyone has same thoughts because the workplace has become diverse. Many people
