Paros

Use paros to hijack a session(website of the victim)

a.Install and open paros

b.From the attacker, use a web browser to navigate to the victim web address and display the index page

c.Configure your browser to use a proxy on the host localhost

d.Navigate to a new webpage served by the victim by clicking a link; trap the request in paros

e.Practice trapping requests and responses

f.Try modifying traffic in transit between attacker and victim, and between victim and attacker

g.Take screen shots of your successful traffic manipulation

h.Document your results using the lab 5submission template;be sure to include applicability to both an attacker and a defender

The local host for the victim is 169.254.195.200.

I am having trouble with the configuration of the browser to use the proxy. After that you should be able to capture packets using paros and also be able to redirect the victim user to a different website.
