Currently Foxconn pays $100 per worker recruited to a recruiting agency. If Foxconn recruits its own workers, it can reduce the recruiting cost down to $20 per worker. However, the training time will increase and each new recruit will take two months to be ready to join the production line (with full salary paid during the training period)
