Currently studying my NSW Real Estate licence and am unsure of the following question.

Explain the difference between current and point of time versions of legislation and how you would establish what version you were accessing.

I understand the point in time version sets out laws at a particular time but unsure how to word what is required as I can't find too much in my course work books to assist and after researching the net still a little stumped
