Deliberate: Which stakeholders will you include? How will you create routine opportunities for these stakeholders to reflect on the selected area of practice? When will reflection occur and what will it look like? Do you need any specific resources? Shared: How will you ensure that different stakeholder's perspectives and experiences are considered? How will you accommodate their linguistic and cultural requirements? How will you ensure that you meet your legal and ethical obligations when sharing information? Applied: How will you use the outcomes of reflection to make improvements to inclusion practices moving forwards? Provide examples of changes that might need to be made to policies and procedures, curriculum, activities, routines and the environment as they relate to the selected area of practice. Ongoing: What systems will you establish to ensure that reflection is an ongoing process
