Custer Publishing sent an offer to the new author, Tom, on Tuesday. Meanwhile, they found a third author, Jane, they like even better on Wednesday and made her an offer. She accepted in writingon Wednesday so Custer sent a revocation to Tom on Thursday even though they had heard nothing from Tom.
