DA and DI have just done your shopping inside Costco and are pushing the cart toward the checkout area. Examining the multiple checkout lanes (see picture 1), each with its own cashier, DA are trying to decide which lane will move faster. At this moment, DA turn to DI and tell DI that according to what DA learned in finance class, the customer check- out experience would be better if there is only one checkout lane that leads to multiple cashiers at the end (illustrated in picture 2). DI stares at DA for a while and then asks what the heck you (DA) mean by that. Explain to DI.
