Dangote Oil Refinery Company is currently constructing an integrated refinery and petrochemical complex in Nigeria. The refinery is expected to be the worlds biggest singletrain facility, producing Euro-V quality gasoline and diesel, as well as jet fuel and polypropylene. The project is expected to generate 4,000 direct and 145,000 indirect jobs. Initial estimated cost of the oil refinery is $18billion. However, according to the current information the company has mobilised $4.5 billion in debt financing while lenders and international banks have committed $9.15 million to the project. The United States Trade and Development Agency has offered a grant of $0.997m to develop human resources for operating the refinery.
