Dear Cik Dania Aziz,
Nadi Bayu Sdn Bhd is pleased to ofler you a position in our expanding company. We are appointing you as an Account clerk attached to the Department of Account and Finance in Nadi Bayu Sdn Bhd. You will be reporting directly to En. Azhari, the Manager of Finance. Your employment shall commence on the 1 July 2020.

SalaryRinggit Malaysia 1380.00on/y
You shall be paid within SEVEN (7) days of the following month. The company reserves the right to deduct DC Withhold salary payment should you breach any of the terms and conditions of your employment. Your salary will be subjected to EPF and SOCSO deductions as required by the law.
Hours ofMonday to Friday 8.30 amfo5.30 pm. Lunch Break is 1.30to2.30 Workpm
In the event you are reguired to work overtime, you will be paid RM4.00 per hour for any extra hours that you do, subject to confirmation from your supervisor.
ProbationYou will be put under a probation period of THREE (3) months starting Periodfrom the date of commencement of work. The management reserves the right to extend your probation period or to terminate your service at
any time during the probation period without needing to give notice.
PublicYou will be entitled to enjoy ELEVEN (11) public holidays per year Holiday (please refer to the Employee's Handbook for the public holidays

AnnualAfter 12 months of service, you will be entitled to EIGHT (8) days leave annual leaves. Take note that approval of application of annual leave is solely at the discretion of the company's management. Application

After 12 months of service, you will be entitled to TWELVE (12) days sick leaves. Take note that approval of sick leave is solely at the discretion of the company's management. The company will only accept medical certificate issued by approved panel clinics or government hospital.
Only confirmed female employees are entitledfoapply for paid maternity leave in the company. 60 days paid maternity leaves in total will be given to all female employees who give birth up to a maximum of THREE (3) children. Any birth after the third child will only entitled the employeefo40 days paid maternity leave.
Both parties in this contract is entitled to serve a FOURTEEN (14) days termination notice to the other party without the need to provide any reason for such termination.
All other terms and conditions of service is as stated in the Employee's Handbook available on the company website. The company reserves the right to amend, delete or alter any of the terms of employment stated above as deemed necessary without prior notice to the employees.
