I have reviewed the notes that Mr. Giles prepared, and I hasten to ask whether the following corrections might be made: 1. The business meeting should be scheduled for Room Seven rather than 17. 2. The 4 seminars on Friday morning should be planned to accommodate at least 40 people per session. 3. The banquet on Friday night will start at 7 p.m. rather than 8:00 p.m. 4. The shuttle buses will need to leave the main hotel every fifteen minutes. 5. The special V.I.P. reception on Saturday should be planned for thirty-one people.
