The chemicals are stored in large feeder drums and a number of pounds of each chemical can be poured into safety containers to be carried to job sites based on what is expected to be needed that day. Only the use of these chemicals is tracked by this system even though the employees in the system perform many other tasks and jobs for PEPS. An EMPLOYEE is assigned to DRIVE a company TRUCK to go perform pool maintenance JOBs on a particular date. Each truck can CARRY one or more CHEMICALs that day. Which chemicals and in what quantities that went out on each truck each day is recorded in the system. The quantity of each chemical on the truck when it returns at the end of the day is also recorded when the truck returns. The system tracks the jobs done by each employee. The employee records which chemicals, if any, were USED at each job and in what quantity. All quantities and unit costs are based on 1 pound units. For example, if the quantity of a chemical used on a particular job shows 2, then 0.2 pounds of that chemical was used. The unit cost of the chemical is for I pound of that chemical
