Tidy Uppers, a wholly-owned women's business Tidy specializing in a unique cleaning service in the Uppers Columbia, Maryland area, has been in business for two years. Dianna Chambers, founder, has found that business has increased substantially and can no longer be done with paper and pencil. She desires a custom solution to her needs. Presently, an employee database is needed that will contain the employee name, id number, date hired, training packet received or not, and employee pay rate. Additionally, weekly pay is kept based on number of clients served for the week. A client database needs to be created that records the client name, client number, client address, house or business status, square feet, number of bathrooms, blinds or curtains and basic charges for job. For each job completed, the employee completing the services, special notes, amount, status of how client paid and receipt number should be recorded. A client can pay by check, cash, credit card, PayPal, square or Venmo. An activity log for the week should report what employee performed what jobs for the client and create the pay report. A clean is charged at $.25 per square foot +$5 for each bathroom +$1.50 per blind, and \$20.00 to clean oven/or refrigerator for residential properties and $.75 per square foot for businesses. Additionally, an expense log needs to be kept for expenses like cleaning supplies, mileage, wages payable, rent expense and other expenses (yet to be determined). The wage expense log report should list the employee wages, summed up by employee for the month. Suggest additional reports that you see are needed
