Please draw the complete ER/EER diagram of a hospital database using the ER/EER approach. For each entity, please include the entity name and all the candidate key attributes (underlined) in the diagram. For each relationship, please include the relationship name and the cardinality ratios between itself and each of its participating entities. (You do not have to list all the non-key attributes of the entities here.)

You can make the ER/EER diagram your way. As long as it's relevant to a hospital database.

Part 2.

For each entity, if all the underlined key attributes form more than one possible set of candidate keys, please clearly indicate all the different possible candidate keys separately in text outside the ER/EER diagram. For example:

Entity: STUDENT

Candidate Key Set 1: Student_ID

Candidate Key Set 2: the combination of Student_Name and Student_Addr

If none of the entities have more than one set of candidate keys, then state so explicitly.
