Business Case The BRV School of Health and Life Sciences (BR-SHLS) offers many diploma programs. Each program has its own name, an account code for charging expenditures, and a placeholder for a program head. Each program owns many equipment, and that ownership is exclusive. Equipment has manufacturing information, including model, manufacturer name, serial number, and site-specific information, including install date, location, and required Preventative Maintenance (PM) frequency. Programs may have Biomeds assigned and are exclusive to that program. Some Biomeds are responsible for completing Preventative Maintenance (PM) tickets on the program's equipment, and there are no restrictions on the number of tickets that can be filed against equipment. Tickets have a description, submission date, completion date, a status used to set priority, and total parts cost. (Insights: BRs have two distinct parts, include assumptions, are presented using appropriate (color indicators/legends) Entities and Relationships (Degree, Types, Cardinalities). b) Develop well-labeled, legible, and formatted one set of Entity Matrixes - for Major and Relationship entities. c) Develop a well-labeled, legible, and formatted fully key-based Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) using Crow-Foot methods only. d) In addition to submitting your solution (PowerPoint File Format), submit the file (s) used to develop diagram. e) Your solution must represent your individual work: Read- "How to Avoid Plagiarism".
