Create an ER Diagram for the following scenario:
We need to keep track of Nurses. Some of the things we need to track are their Names ( First and Last), Employee ID, License Number, License State, License Type( RN, CNA ), and the procedures they can provide (Dispense medicine, take blood, CPR). Nurses can be uniquely identified by their (License Number and License State) or by the Employee ID The hospital has many different departments ( ICU, ED, Neuro ). Each department has a name, an ID, a floor designation in the building, as well as how many nurses work on that department ( derived ). A department must have nurses assigned to it, but some nurses wont be assigned to a specific department and will fill in where needed. A nurse can only be assigned to one department if they have one. The nurses shift they work for this department is also kept track of ( night or day ). Departments are unique by Name, or by ID. Each department is managed by an Employee that also has an Employee ID, a Name ( First and Last), Address and Phone. A department must have at least 1 manager, but a manager can manage multiple departments. Patients have an Hospital ID, a SSN, a Name ( First and Last), Address ( Street, City, State, Zip) and multiple phone numbers. They can have multiple problems ( illnesses ) that are being tracked by the hospital. Patients are assigned to a particular department. They can only be assigned to one and a department may have multiple patients assigned to it.
