a) Your company has a Monthly Data View that takes a long time (several hours) to run. Starting a day or so after the end of each month, lots of users rely on this View over a period of a couple of weeks to create many other reports, summaries and analyses. As the DBA for this company, would you make this a materialized or a regular (virtual) view? Why?

b) NULL values in a database are essentially UNKNOWN. If you logically OR an UNKNOWN value with a TRUE value, is the result TRUE, FALSE, OR UNKNOWN? Explain why.
