Dave Rogers agreed to purchase a new home theatre from BIG Deals, a well-known electronics retailer. The home theatre equipment is worth $20,000 and the labor to do the wiring for speakers and other installation requirements is worth $2,000. BIG Deals priced the home theatre installation for an "all-in price" of $22,000. Dave was not happy with the installation and the equipment was damaged prior to opening of the boxes containing such equipment. Dave claims this contract is covered by the UCC. BIG disagrees.
