Daylan saw advertisement of new computer game collection with very low price. The advertisement was made by Gamers Sdn Bhd. He makes a phone call to ask about the price. The shop assistant replied that the promotion price is RM500 (supplying info) and that he must make decision to buy it quickly as there are many people who wanted the item. Five days later Daylan call again to confirm that he agrees to buy. However, the shop assistant said that they already sold to someone else.

Daylan intended to buy a hand phone via online shopping Lazabar.com. The website displays one item that match her search. The hand phone was described as new with box, original charger, and screen protector in good condition. He proceeds to buy the item. When he received it, he found that the hand phone is not new, the charger is not original, theres a scratch on the screen.

Daylan purchased instant chicken curry packed in a can to go for camping. When he opens the can, he pours the chicken curry to the plate. After cook the chicken curry, he notices the smell is bit weird but continue to eat. At one point, he notices a black thing and upon inspection found that there was a decompose baby chicken. Daylan was hospitalized due to severe stomachache and shock.
