Dear anonymous who answered, I was just wondering if you would be able to update the infographic as the task asks about the challenges of opening the runway not challenges faced when constructing the runway. And your interpretation is correct however since its been 3 years since opening the current work that was completed is now redundant. That leads me to ask if you could redo your answer so it's more relevant to the question as of today? I will happily upvote once its completed.
