Dear Chief Legal Officer, As you know, our company BLAW HOLDINGS, has many subsidiaries and is involved in many different ventures across a wide array of business lines. We have had some issues come up with respect to our Minor League Baseball Team, the Silver City Slickers. They won last night by the way! Our very creative marketing has come up with a new beer can label for our in-house brew to be sold at games which features our mascot, Major Minor, making a somewhat crude and suggestive gesture to our rival teams. Given the recent Liquor License requirement that all in-house brand labeling be approved to "avoid obvious exposure of marketing to minors or dissemination of inappropriate or lewd media" connected to beer and liquor sales, I am concerned about us getting in trouble for selling these drinks at our Silver City Slickers games. Further, we were thinking about using the same label on t-shirts and on our Major Minor plush toys as well. What are your thoughts and recommendations for this? Lastly, we had another fan in the stands get hit by an errant throw from our Second Baseman. The fan was seated in our unscreened area (where balls can fly into the stands) where we had talked about adding additional screening in the future. The fan is a season ticket holder and I know he coaches his son's little league team. Our general manager is concerned that we may get sued by the fan. What are your thoughts on this one? Anything we can do to avoid going to court if they sue us? I need your response by 11:59pm on Monday, September 12, 2022 so I can brief the board of directors on Tuesday morning.
