Dear State Board Member Patricia Wu, I am writing to offer my viewpoint on Michael Washington, a 22yearold first year high school social studies teacher at Riverboat High School. Mr. Washington, an alumnus of Riverboat High School [RI-IS], and Sheila Armstrong, an 18yearold high school student at another local high school; were seen sharing a kiss in the parking lot of HHS after dismissal the day before winter break. Washington and Armstrong met at a local gym where they shared a personal trainer. The connection started there and quickly grew more intense.
