Debbie Lindberg was worried about the future of her daughter Fillipa. Since finishing Year 12 Fillipa had combined backpacking trips in south-east Asia with a series of short-term casual jobs, but seemed unable to form any definite career plans. At the beginning of 2019, however, Fillipa announced that she had enrolled in an arts degree at La Trobe University. Fillipa wanted to live close to her new university, so Debbie offered to buy a two-bedroom house in Melbourne Australia for her to live in. Debbie found an appropriate house (the 'Melbourne Australia house') and paid the entire purchase price. The fee simple in the Melbourne Australia house was registered in the names of Debbie and Fillipa as joint proprietors. Debbie handed over a set of keys to Fillipa, saying "Doesn't it feel good to finally have a home?" In January 2023, having finished her university course, Fillipa decided she wanted to be an actor, so she headed overseas to New York to study the Stolichnaya Method of Acting under the famed director Don Strasburg. Fillipa granted a registered lease over her (Fillipa's) interest in the Melbourne Australia house to Jeremy. The lease expired at the end of 2029. The rent was paid into Fillipa's
