Decision making based on health data: 

a. It is an excellent approach to use when national level health decisions are needed, but is not recommended for community level health decisions. 

b. It leads to better accountability and decisions that lead to improved health outcomes – better health decisions. 

c. It is losing credibility because data should not be the primary driver of health decision-making. 

d. It can only lead to better accountability.
