Deepinder buys a new house, that he is both excited and proud of. It is painted a bright blue. He has a five year mortgage with Anybank. At first Deepinder is delighted with the blue colour, but after two years, he finds it quite glaring. He decides to repaint the house a soft red colour. An Anybank employee lives near Deepinder, and notices that Deepinder has changed the colour of his house, and reports this to Anybank. Will this trigger the mortgage acceleration clause? Why or why not? Explain your reasoning.
