Delia lives in the village of Bamford. Each year the village holds a competition for the best garden. This year Delia decided to enter the competition. The following events occurred recently:

Despite numerous warnings, children continued to climb into Delia's Garden to take fruit from her trees. On one occasion, Rania, one of the children, fell from an apple tree breaking her arm.

Tony, a neighbour of Delia's, also entered the competition. Jealous of the fact that Delia's Garden was better than his, Tony lit bonfires in his own garden and allowed the smoke to drift across so that Delia could not enjoy sitting in her garden.

Hours before the judges were due to visit her garden, Delia discovered that the fountain in her pond was not working. Delia called in Ken, the local handyman, who identified an electrical fault and carried out a repair. On an inspection of the garden, the head judge Mr Bolster, was electrocuted when he touched a live electrical wire next to the fountain. It was discovered later that the wire was left uncovered by Ken's faulty repair.

Advise Delia if successful claims could be brought against her.
