Demonstrate you can 1) Set up IIS FTP service with SSL using self-signed certificate. IIS FTP server root directory is the VM Downloads directory. 2) Download and install WinSCP client on your laptop. Ftp over SSL as user student to the Win VM via the Host-only Adapter network successfully.
when i open WinSCP and press login, it suppose to be able to logged on and my ftp service will be working as well as my self-signed certificate
however, i keep getting this error which means my ftp service is not working with my self-signed certificate
FTP service is setup and enabled in VM. Able to FTP to the VM within the VM (Using Command Prompt, FTP and log in as Alex). FTP port forwarding is set up and Windows Firewall is turned on. Able to FTP to the VM outside the VM (using your laptops own command prompt, not the one inside the VM).
can u show me step by step to achieve the outcome of the login being successful after pressing the login button which shows that my ftp service is working with my self-signed certificate
