Describe a time when you used grit to achieve a long$-$term goal.

I got to my current career with grit. Starting on the production floor; seeing issues, bottlenecks, and a leaner process. I starting speaking out about what I seen and took action to make it better. Learning my resources and utilizing them. Getting the right $,$ personal involved and created lean projects. Next thing you know upper management seen my abilities and would give me more task and responsibilities. Now I$\text{'}$m the Continuous Improvement Lead for two facilities.
