Group description: The type of group is a support group that works with young adult athletes ranging ages 18-35 who have been diagnosed with different emotional disorders like depression, bipolar disorder, major depression, etc.

This group is used to create a space for athletes to talk about their struggles that they may relate with each other. The group will be in a space where everyone felt safe and is easily accessible. It would be in the evening, there is more availability after their practices. There will be a total of 10 individuals in the group who participate in different sports and the group will be held for 12 weeks.
