1. In this scenario there are about four people in your department. Every person except you is really into playing Pokmon Go. First, all of the others take their phones out in an area they are not supposed to have cell phones in to start playing the game. Then, all of them walk out of the department and go throughout the hospital in search of Pokmon. You even hear that some of them have left the hospital while still on the clock and have driven around town in search of these little pixel creatures. You are left in the department alone for hours. What would you do in this scenario?

2. As a nursing supervisor, you are informed a well-renown nurse has made presumptuous remarks regarding a patient's diagnosis of spontaneous pneumothorax. The patient states he would like actions taken because he is offended by the remarks made, feeling both discriminated against and body shamed. According to the patient, he was told that because he was tall and thin, he "fit the bill" for the situation. What actions should be taken?

3. A patient comes into the ER and the doctor orders imaging on the patient. Once you are alone with the patient on the way to imaging, the patient expresses that her injuries were from her boyfriend. The boyfriend came with her to the ER. The patient alludes that this has happened multiple times, but refuses to tell anyone or press charges. Once you are done with the exam, do you take her back to her room with her boyfriend waiting? Do you express concern to the doctor? What are your next steps?
