1. Describe the organization and the change that is taking place - Progressive Insurance is a leading provider of automobile and property insurance in the United States. The organization recently underwent a change in its National Salvage Unit, where a reorganization was implemented to divide all 50 states into separate teams. Each person on the lien release team was assigned to a mini team to help the salvage representatives obtain the correct title or lien release for the sale of vehicles at auctions. This change helped the National Salvage Unit get out of "twilight" or catch up on aged or past-due claims quickly and is still implemented to this day to keep up with effiency.
2. Analyze the readiness of stakeholders in the organization to take action in support of that change using Table 6.6 on page 205 of Organizational Change.
