Family information

Work experience

Academic plans

Current and post-graduate goals

Unique Features:

Special interests (hobbies, sports, clubs, etc.)

One interesting or unusual thing about you

One interesting or unusual experience

Note: The last three items are especially important because they provide a glimpse into the qualities, interests, and experiences that make you unique.
