Description General Instruction: As an application of what has been learned in the unit, you are required to prepare a simple and basic contract of your choice according to the form and substance required by law. For this purpose, a sample format is provided in the READ portion of ICON 2 with the caption TEMPLATE OF DEED OF SALE. While you are allowed to adopt stipulations as an indication of the voluntary and consensual nature of the agreement, however, use your name as one of the contracting party, while adopting a ctitious name and personal circumstances of the other party. Likewise, bear in mind the essential requisites for validity, enforceability and for convenience of parties in the execution of your contract of choice
