Description Hosting a Halloween party is a fun project. As a project manager, you are going to develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and the WBS dictionary. The WBS should include: - At least 3 deliverables - At least 6 sub-deliverables - At least 20 work-packages - The numbering system that enables readers to track the hierarchical structure of deliverables, sub-deliverables, and the work-packages. - The cost and labor hour estimations for each item.
