Description of the activity This activity requires you to develop a meeting agenda and send an email to the staff members to invite them to the meeting. Before preparing the meeting agenda and sending an email to the staff members, you must identify the need for meeting and schedule according to stakeholder availability. (You must consult your trainer/assessor and agree on meeting schedule)
